The El Paso County Bar Association’s monthy “Ask-a-lawyer” program moves to the Citadel Mall on March 12.

Colorado Springs, CO — March 2, 2011 — On the second Saturday of each month, members of the El Paso County Bar Association donate their time to answer the public’s legal questions at no charge. There is no obligation to the individuals seeking information, and the public may remain anonymous. The attorneys always remain anonymous to avoid the appearance of solicitation.
This month, the program will occur on Saturday, March 12, 2011. The Ask-A-Lawyer program will take place at the Citadel Mall (750 Citadel Drive East, Colorado Springs, CO 80909), on the upper level of the food court in front of Guest Services. This program is only in effect from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm on the second Saturday of each month.
The Bar Association cannot offer legal information or advice at any other time. Individuals needing further information or representation are encouraged to speak with an attorney. Call the Lawyer Referral Service of the El Paso County Bar Association at (719) 636-1532.”

Im renting a home and we had mold in a bed room in our basement .My question is how long do they have to fix the problem. it has been 2 months and its still not done . I have called a complained over and over again and they say they will look into it . Its my daughter room and her bed has been in our living room in the basment. Do we have any rites as a renter.thank u for your time Linda
